My goal is to help build, support, encourage all nurses. The nursing field is a fast paced stressful environment that involves saving lives and improving patient outcomes. In my daily routine, I try to incorporate humor with patients, family, and those around me when able. It’s a serious job so humor goes a long way! By coaching other nurses, I hope to change healthcare by bonding nurses together

for a better future. Help drive change for nurses to rekindle the passions that brought them into nursing in the first place.
