Today, we celebrate a very special birthday! Happy Birthday to my mom, Joan, who’s continued our family business since 2000, following in the footsteps of my grandmother, who started it all in 1972. Our telephone answering service has thrived as a family tradition, thanks to her dedication and leadership. Here’s to you, Mom! Hope your birthday is wonderful and special! Love you!
