As we head into the new year, it’s time to wrap up OSHA injury & illness reporting. For many employers, this is a quick review and sign-off, and Midwest HR & Risk is happy to help keep it simple.

Key deadlines:
• Feb 1 – OSHA Form 300A completed & certified
• Feb 1–Apr 30 – 300A posted for employees (even with zero incidents)
• Mar 2 – Electronic submission deadline (if required)

Electronic filing is common in construction, manufacturing, agriculture, transportation/trucking, and lumber or building material operations.
