Partial List: 2015 Ford F350 SD XL 6.7 Power Stroke, Mahindra 5145 4wd tractor w/ loader like new, Utility trailers, Nice Clean 20ft Storage container, 30 rolls Net Wrapped Hay, as well as Numerous Implements, Attachments & other items.
TERMS: We will have a forklift on site to load out on auction day only. Bring your trailers. We will load out till 4:00pm auction day.
You will need a valid driver's license. All items will sell as is. We accept cash or you can pay by check with a letter from your bank verifying you maintain a good account at all times. No credit or debit cards. If buying for ag use or resale, you will need a current ag exemption card or resale certificate, or sales tax will be added. There is No Buyer's Premium! Again, we will load out on sale day only, till 4:00pm. Bring your trailers, we will have a forklift on site. All items must be paid for on sale day and immediately after sale has ended. No exceptions!

Just wanted to get on here and say thank you to all of our customers/friends! We had a really great auction this past Saturday in Soper Oklahoma.
It’s because of you all that my family and I get to do what we love!

This was my property and I contacted Lee with CLC with only three weeks before the auction needed to be held. He and his entire team, including his wife Kara, did an excellent job prepping conducting in finalizing the auction. His advertising was excellent, and he drew a huge crowd, even though there was limited notice of the event. In the end, he also achieved a much higher total dollar collected amount than I expected.
I highly recommend CLC auctions to anyone in North Texas or southeast Oklahoma.
