🚧 PROGRESS IS LOOKING GOOD! 💪🏼

Block is up, and we’re keeping things moving on this home build!

We’ve been busy with drainage, footer backfill, and rough grading to get everything shaped up and ready for the next phase.

It might look like we’re just pushing dirt around, but there’s a whole lot more to it than slapping some dirt down and calling it a day! Proper drainage, compaction, and grading are what help protect a home for years to come. Getting it right now makes all the difference down the road.

Next week, we’re moving into utility work and septic installation! 💪

The work nobody sees is some of the most important work we do.
