Meet Andrew Grevas 📊

Some roles are calm and predictable. Workforce management is… not that.

Andrew spends his days bouncing between dashboards, schedules, real-time queues, client calls, and about a dozen “quick questions” that are never actually quick. If something is moving in the contact center, chances are he’s watching it, adjusting it, or already talking to someone about it.

It’s fast. It’s data-heavy. It’s a lot of tabs open at once.

But that’s exactly how he likes it — part analytics, part problem-solving, part “let me fix this before it becomes a problem.”

There’s a moment in every contact center where things quietly shift — training ends, real production begins, and suddenly everything feels different.

We’ve seen it happen more times than we can count, and it’s exactly why we dug into what we call the “production gap” — that in-between space where performance can either take off or stall depending on how supported agents are.

We broke down where the drop-offs usually happen, what’s actually behind them, and how we approach closing that gap in a more intentional way across training, nesting, and early production.
