Update: so I got a job as an account manager at Aurora Ripple Enterprises doing marketing for fortune 500 companies like Nestlé and Verizon. Over the past couple of months i’ve developed the skills necessary to train and develop others. Right now, I want to improve my hiring and interview skills. I am looking for people with personality, drive, and a student mentality. No prior experience necessary.

I wrote this poem to encourage people to be appreciative of their surroundings, especially as Valentine’s Day approaches, which can be a hard time for people without significant others. It is also commentary on how idealistic I feel that we’ve become as a society. We search for the perfect answer to our problems or the perfect fix to our troubles when that is not how healing or succeeding works. I hope you all enjoy❤️!!!

This is one of the poems that will be featured in the book I am writing and will probably be the last one I post on Instagram, so I’ll keep you all updated on that process... i’m about 30 poems deep right now.
