About us

Tapi USA is an international company manufacturing closures for bottles. Primarily working in the spirits industry.

Job Description:

Work with a territory sales person to help our customers. Work directly with customers on repeat and entered orders.

Bilingual English / Spanish is a plus

Enter orders in to Sage system

Create UPS labels to ship product from our Norristown, PA and Laredo TX warehouses

Work with factories in Mexico City and Cordoba scheduling orders.

Arrange for pallet shipments with logistics team

Invoice customers.

provide customers with status updates on their orders.

Review production order status in Airtable

Update customer project status in PipeDrive CRM system

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $38,000.00 - $42,000.00 per year

COVID-19 considerations:
we have a reduced staff in the office at this time.

Tapi USA is happy to announce we are adding Leah Hutchinson to our team. Leah will be fulfilling our new position as West Coast Sales Manager.

Tapi USA is a trendsetter in design and manufacturing, focusing on bottle closures. Our company's expertise, mission and directives coupled with Leah's immense industry experience and connections will strengthen and grow our brand. She will increase the company's west coast presence providing a service-oriented culture for new and existing customers.

Leah has elevated the craft spirits community over the past decade and has helped transform its growth. She is the Co-Founder and previous Marketing and Convention Director for the American Craft Spirits Association. She also served as Marketing Director with the American Distilling Institute during its formative years.

"I am thrilled to join the team at Tapi USA and to have the opportunity to continue to serve the craft distilling community at a different level," said Hutchinson.

"I can safely say that Leah is one of the top people in the US in terms of knowledge of craft distillers nationwide. I hope we are as lucky in our search for the Kentucky Area Sales Manager position. Arrived yesterday, samples of new bartop corks from TapiUSA...step by step we're pulling it together. Hope to have product on shelves in FL and E-commerce platform by end of April via Park Street Distributors...! (Better be or we're gonna drink it all.) That's Paul Tschetter's image, co-founder Aaron Tschetter's 5th gen. great grandfather and recipe inspiration - Paul Tschetter - a Ukrainian immigrant and southern Dakota community/spiritual leader of the late 19th century.
