"What a wonderful experience!

Nicole's communication before (she called to welcome us prior to our visit) and during our visit was above and beyond, making the visit comfortable and inviting for our first visit to Paradise Hills.

Our cabin was the cleanest I have ever seen a mountain cabin.
We enjoyed the property and the wine tasting.

It was a great location from which to explore the north Georgia mountains.

We would highly recommend to any and everyone! And, oh yeah, we found the wine tasting to be unique and delicious!"

Our Chardonnay is fermented in stainless steel instead of oak giving it a "crisp clear" finish as opposed to a buttery "woodsy" finish caused by its time in the barrel.

By placing french oak chips in the stainless steel vats, we remove the barrel completly offering a new spin on a classic favorite.

Our Tasting Bar is open 7 days a week so swing by Paradise Hills for a glass of our Georgia Grown Chardonnay!
