ing from his mother how to hand dip chocolate. Pursuing his passion he started a home business making candy in 1911 with his wife Ethel. (Ever heard of Ethel M Chocolates?) Dove Chocolate Discoveries is bringing that dream full circle by bringing the chocolate experience back to the home. It is our mission to create opportunities to discover a better life through chocolate.
