If you've been reading these posts and something has been quietly resonating, this is for you.

Every Enneagram type carries a specific weight. A burden that feels so native to who you are that you've stopped questioning whether it has to be there.

The Type 3 carries the weight of a success that no longer feels like enough, and the quiet dread of what it means that it doesn't.

The Type 8 carries the weight of always being the strongest person in the room, and the profound loneliness that comes with never being allowed to not be.

The Type 9 carries the weight of everyone else's comfort, held so long and so faithfully that they've genuinely forgotten what they themselves actually want.

I put together a free 36-page Enneagram guide specifically for leaders who sense that the next level of growth isn't about doing more, it's about understanding themselves more clearly.

Inside: all 9 type profiles written through the lens of leadership. Your stress and growth patterns. Somatic awareness practices for each type. And the beginning of a real map back to the leader you already are beneath the performance.

Drop "GUIDE" in the comments and I'll send you the link directly. Or find it at the link in my bio.

No catch. No funnel you didn't ask for. Just a resource I genuinely believe in.

This is the moment the work is for.

Most leaders come to Enneagram coaching expecting a personality profile. Something that validates what they already know about themselves. Maybe a new way to talk about their strengths in a meeting.

What they find is something harder and more useful than that.

They find the precise map of why they freeze in the rooms that matter most, even when they know exactly what to say. Why they over-function the moment stress arrives, even when they've committed to delegating. Why they perform composure in the exact moments they feel most lost.

A client shared something with me recently after a particularly difficult board presentation. She said she had finally stayed connected to her own clarity instead of retreating into the performance of confidence.

That shift didn't come from another framework. It came from finally understanding, through her Enneagram type and through what we worked with somatically, exactly what was happening in her nervous system in those moments.

The high-pressure room isn't going away. What changes is who you are when you're in it.

If this resonates and you're ready for that kind of work, my calendar is open. Discovery calls are always a real conversation, not a pitch.

The math no one wants to look at: 83% of leaders believe they're more self-aware than they actually are.

That's not a judgment. It's a structural gap, and it shows up in very specific, very costly ways inside organizations.

In the decisions that felt confident in the moment and cost the team six months of recovery. In the feedback nobody was brave enough to give. In the culture that quietly forms around a leader's blind spots, without anyone ever naming what's actually happening.

The gap between how a leader sees themselves and how their team experiences them is rarely about skill. It's about pattern. And patterns don't show up in a 360 review. They show up in the body, in the breath before a hard conversation, in the way a room shifts when a particular leader walks in.

This is what the Enneagram is actually for. Not personality typing. A precision map of the gap between your self-image and your actual impact drawn, from the inside out.

Self-awareness is not a soft investment. It is the infrastructure that every other leadership investment runs on.

What would change in your organization if your leaders had a real map of their blind spots?

The most invisible kind of burnout is the one with a spotless performance review.

There's a version of burnout that never makes it into any conversation, not with your boss, not with your team, not with the people closest to you.

Because from the outside, everything looks fine. The results are there. The reputation is intact. You're still delivering.

But internally, something has gone very quiet. The things that used to matter don't pull at you the same way. The wins land flat. You're present in every room and absent from all of them.

This is what burnout looks like for many high-performing leaders, not collapse, but slow disappearance.

The Enneagram names exactly how this happens for each type, the specific coping strategy that let you keep performing while the connection to yourself quietly eroded.

If this describes where you are: you're not broken. There is a map back.

Save this post. Let's talk about what that looks like for your type.

Nobody prepares you for the feeling of leading while feeling completely unlike yourself.

You've earned the role. You know the work. You've proven you can perform under pressure.

But somewhere in the climb, the person doing the leading started to feel like a character you were playing, competent, confident, composed, while something quieter underneath kept asking: is this really me?

That's not imposter syndrome. That's armor.

In this carousel, I walk through what the armor looks like for each Enneagram type, what somatic work reveals that strategy coaching can't reach, and what integration, not dismantling, integration, actually looks like in real leadership moments.

Swipe through. Save it if this is where you are right now.

The map is the beginning of the way back.

This one is for the Type 5s — and for every leader who has ever retreated into their mind to feel safe.

Type 5 leaders are some of the most deeply perceptive people in any room.
They see things others miss. They think before they speak. They bring a quality of analysis and insight that is genuinely rare.

And they often feel more comfortable in their head than anywhere else.

Because here is the truth about being a Type 5:
When your core strategy is to conserve your energy, protect your inner world, and gather enough knowledge before you engage — you can spend a lifetime preparing for a conversation you never quite have.

Swipe through for the full Type 5 profile — the gifts, the shadow, how they lead, what happens under pressure, and what becomes possible when a Five finally steps into the room.

Today is the day.

After weeks of building and teasing, the free Enneagram guide for leaders is live.

35 pages. All nine types. Fully detailed leadership profiles covering your core fear, your strengths, your blind spots, your stress response, your growth edge, and a custom Enneagram growth diagram for your exact type.

I created this because the leaders I work with — the high-achieving, deeply capable ones who still feel like something is missing — deserve a tool that goes below the surface.

Not a quiz. Not a label.
A real map back to themselves.

Download it free at the link in my profile.

And if you have a team, share it with them. Knowing each other's types changes everything about how you communicate, how you handle conflict, and how much you actually trust each other.

Before I share tomorrow's link — I want to be really clear about who this is for.

Because this isn't for everyone. And I mean that with love.

Swipe through. If 3 or more of these land — this guide was written for you.

Tomorrow. Free. The link will be in my bio and my stories the moment it's live. 🔜

Save this post and share it with one leader you know. 💛

The most exhausting thing I see in high-performing leaders isn't the workload.

It's the distance between who they are at work and who they actually are.

You get really good at showing up. Deciding. Delivering. Leading the room.

But somewhere in all of that — the real you gets quieter and quieter.

Not gone. Just buried under the performance.

The Enneagram was the first tool that helped me understand why that happens — and more importantly, how to find your way back to yourself.

This Thursday I'm giving away my Enneagram guide for free.

Because every leader deserves to lead from a place they actually recognize.

🔗 Link in bio Thursday.
