Vonage truly is horrible. I will never recommend them again. Thirty years in the business. The absoluteute WORST Customerner Service i have ever seen. And I'm a sales agent for them. What could they do to more completely ruin a business relationship?

Here is exactly what has transpired for the last five days:
I opened a ticket and for five days got nothing!!

Below is the content of my ticket. Notice it's all me. No one responds. (I "X'd out" the last four of my phone.)

Last Thursday I created a ticket to get help to fix an issue that happened without any changes being nade on our side. I told them..

When I click on the Vonage icon inside Salesforce the number has always dialed out properly before. Now when I do this rather than the call passing to my desk phone, it is also passing the call simultaneously to my mobile phone. I do not want this to happen. I simply want the call to dial and connect on my desk phone. Please fix.

Five days I cannot make a call from my Salesforce CRM. Five days I cannot get a call routed to my desk phone. Five days and all calls are still going to my mobile number even though call forwarding is off. What does a customer have to do to get help.

What are you prople doing? I have never seen worse support. Not one step has been taken to effect a fix to my issues. Is anyone assigned to this for more than sending a comment back saying basically figure it out and fix it yourself. I want this fixed.

Also I just double checked and my extension is not set to call forward. Forward Calls While Call Forwarding is turned OFF, calls will follow the voicemail settings for this extension. Note: Visit the Voicemail tab to view or edit voicemail settings. But I cannot get to my voicemail either.

All calls I make from the salesforce vonage dial pad should be routing for me to pick up on my desk phone, 843-941-###X. All attempts to do this show the call is missed on the yealink phone display. It then passes the call to be handled by my mobile phone. I also just learned every call going to 843-941-###X is being forwarded to my cell phone. TURN OFF CALL FORWARDING FOR THIS NUMBER.

DO NOT TRUST ANYTHING VONAGE TELLS YOU. THEY SIMPLY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR SMALL BUSINESS CUSTOMERS. THEY ARE TOTALLY NONRESPONSIVE.
