Meet our Spotlight Employee For The Month of October… Kelsey!

Kelsey has been a part of the Sunny Days Southwest family for eight months and serves as our Southwest Office Manager! Originally from Canonsburg, Pennsylvania, Kelsey is a proud mom to her amazing daughter, Aubree, and has two cats, Cali and Phoebe! Outside of work, Kelsey enjoys going "squishy hunting" with her daughter, trying new restaurants, traveling, hiking, and exploring local wineries. Her favorite foods are pizza and sushi, she loves listening to country music, and she's a big fan of scary movies! A fun fact about Kelsey is that she makes the best chocolate chip cookies!

Kelsey's favorite part about working at Sunny Days is knowing that everything she does helps someone find meaningful employment or allows a client to receive the services they need to remain comfortably in their own home. Her advice to new employees is, "The work we do really does matter, so put your heart into it!" One of Kelsey's favorite company memories is the potlucks, where everyone gets to sit down together and enjoy the different dishes their coworkers have made. It's moments like these that make the Sunny Days family so special!

Kelsey lives by the mantra, "Give your best, support the people around you, and never stop pursuing your dreams!"

We are so grateful to have Kelsey as part of the Sunny Days family! Thank you for your hard work, dedication, and the positive impact you make on both our employees and clients every day.
