Mitigation Laborer

Benefits include:
• $13 to $17 per hour based on experience
• 40 hrs+/week
• Paid Time Off (after 90 days)
• Company shirts

Responsibilities:
• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs
• Placing and monitoring drying equipment
• Light and extensive demolition, cleanup, and debris removal
• Maintenance and use of power and hand tools
• Coordinate with all project personnel to provide a safe job site per OSHA requirements
• On call schedule (eligible for overtime)

Lead Mitigation Technician

Benefits include:
• $18 to $22 per hour with incentive program (can earn up to $38-$42 per hour)
• 40 hrs+/week
• Paid Time Off (after 90 days)

Responsibilities:
• Daily on site communications with homeowners
• Complete all mitigation paperwork
• Photo documentation of job
• Maintaining and posting all documentation
• Lead and direct mitigation helper/assistants
• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs
• Placing and monitoring drying equipment
• Light and extensive demolition, cleanup, and debris removal
• Maintenance and use of power and hand tools
• Coordinate with all project personnel to provide a safe job site per OSHA requirements
• On call schedule (eligible for overtime)

Since we first opened our doors, our focus has always been centered around providing the best service to our customers possible. This starts with our crew members who spend the most amount of time with our customers in their homes or businesses.

With that in mind, we made a small change to the office this morning. Although it may not look very significant, it serves as a daily reminder of what we are striving to achieve. We are thankful to have crew members who happily share these same goals and visions with us.

This homeowner had a roof leak that caused a lot of water to soak his ceilings. Thankfully, he called us in time for us to do minimal demo and set up equipment to dry the structure of the house before any mold set in!

Working on a fire damaged business here in Boaz this week! It’s been hot, sweaty, messy, and soot-filled days for our crew. We’re thankful for the work they put in to get this business back up and running quickly!
