Tech innovation in Concessions

is coming hard and 🏎️ fast in the sports and entertainment space. Nobody can dispute the benefits, but I have noticed more often than not how fan engagement and education can be a real struggle, resulting in confusion and ultimately poor results. 📉

photo dump. I had the opportunity to attend the Miami F1 race this past weekend and it was an incredible experience. Thank you for your hospitality. Not only did I get to witness some amazing racing, but I was also able to observe how the event was organized and run behind the scenes. It was fascinating to see the level of planning and coordination that goes into an event of this magnitude and to see firsthand how a large-scale event like this can be executed so successfully. The best party however was simply the energy everywhere!

Behind the scenes at F1 Miami Grand Prix, Hard Rock Stadium's biggest food operation ever, and I have to say I'm beyond impressed with Sodexo Live. From the sheer scope of the operation to the incredible coordination required to pull it off, it's clear these guys are pros. If you ever get the chance to peek behind the curtain, don't miss it!
