Walkthroughβ¦ π‘π
One thing Iβve learned about operating transitional and structured housing is that relationships are everything. Building the right connections and creating multiple pipelines to keep your beds filled is what keeps the business moving.
Your phone should be ringing enough that youβre not constantly worried about your next client. Retention is important, but when your pipeline is strong, replacement is never the problem. π‘
At the end of the day, itβs supply and demand. When you understand your market and build all the connecting pieces around it, you create a business that can continue to serve people while generating revenue. π
Iβm excited about the next level of our business as we expand into educating qualified entrepreneurs, homeowners, and real estate investors who want to tap into the shared housing and sober living market.
Right now, Iβm finding the balance between the twoβcreating a model where both can coexist β¨ while still providing people in recovery with the accountability, structure, and resources they need to move forward. π
This is bigger than filling beds. Itβs about understanding the market, building relationships, creating systems, and serving a real need while building a business that makes sense. π«
