Traditionally, we schedule appointments to go to the doctor days in advance even though we are not feeling well in the immediate moment. Then we drive to the office, wait in a waiting room, fill out a bunch of papers (usually for the umpteenth time) and finally get in to see the doctor.

Then finally, we get a prescription in hand that we take to the pharmacy, turn in and wait another half-hour or so to get the medication we need… oh yeah, and don’t forget the copay of $10 or so if you are lucky, and more if you're not.
