It is with great sadness that I announce the passing of Steven W. Wright, our Chief Business Analyst and leader in the sales technology and enablement community. He was an integral member of the Vendor Neutral team and will be greatly missed by both his colleagues and clients.

Steven's family informed us of his passing last week, and we have offered our sincere condolences and are doing everything we can to support them during this difficult time. The family has not yet released information about funeral arrangements, but we will share these details privately with those who wish to pay their respects to Steven.

Vendor Neutral will continue to mourn Steven's loss and help his family in any way possible in the coming days and weeks. Many of you may have had a special connection to Steven and his work in the field of sales technology and his contributions to the Sales Enablement Society. Please join us as we remember him and all that he accomplished. ❤️🙏

1. How many and how frequently do employees log into the software? Checking current utilization rates might throw up some insights that could translate to savings. The monthly price difference for the social media marketing tool Hootsuite is around $300 to jump from 3 to 5 users (with other features). If that fourth user rarely logs in, changing to a lower-priced plan might be an option. Particularly if…
