Important update on production Chinese production schedules:
We are monitoring closely the potential impact of the Coronavirus outbreak on your orders.
Please know, we are in consistent and frequent conversation with our supplier partners and they are in turn in conversation with their staff and vendor partners directly in China.
Currently, China cities have extended the Lunar New Year holiday by two weeks. Along with this extension, there are traveling restrictions in China to attempt to reduce/stop the spread of the virus. We do know that many factories expect to reopen on February 10, 2020. However, those factories in the hardest hit regions will remain closed throughout February, 23rd.
Most supplier partners we have spoken to are reporting strong inventory and don’t expect extensive production delays if factories resume working within the dates listed above. However, we would expect impact on delivery times on custom orders.
Understanding the fluidity of this situation, we will continue to monitor the situation and will communicate updates to you as quickly as we can.
