The Expressive Arts and the Healing Arts allows me to integrate my education in the sciences, psychology, art, dance, drama, photography, multi-sensory learning, breathing, meditation, mindfulness, the science of medical intuition and energy healing, as well as my experience in raising four children, to help access self-awareness, self-expression and self-healing. The Expressive use all senses in order to access feelings, memories and images. I incorporate visual imagery, kinetic dance/movement, stimulating rhythmic music, empathetic role-playing, verbal guidance, and positive intentions in my work. The Healing Arts allow the client to be present, learn breathing and meditation techniques, and become more in tune to their energy. This allows the client to listen to their body and let go of that which ails them...physically and emotionally.
