Last week, our Oak Hills family lost someone who was a big part of it.
Mark Steward was with us for quite a while, and he was simply one of the good ones. Kind, incredibly smart, always smiling, and the owner of one of those laughs you never forget.
One of the things we'll always remember about Mark was his service notes. Most technicians wrote a few quick sentences... Mark wrote stories. Somehow he'd turn a routine service call into something worth reading, and before long someone in the office would be laughing because they had to read what Mark had written that day. It was just one of the many little things that made him who he was.
A couple years after leaving Oak Hills, Mark stopped by the office just to visit. Looking back now, that visit means even more. It was a reminder of the kind of person he was and the relationships he built wherever he went.
He left a lasting impression on everyone here, and he will be deeply missed.
Our hearts, thoughts, and prayers are with his wife, his family, and everyone who loved him during this incredibly difficult time.
Rest easy, Mark. We'll always remember your smile, your laugh, and the stories you left behind. ❤️
