This year’s Tournament of Champions brought together top Service Advisors and Fixed Ops Directors from across Vaughan Automotive for a hands-on skills challenge showcasing their mastery of the Vaughan Selling System on the service drive.
Competitors from Vic Vaughan Toyota of Boerne, Mike Calvert Toyota, and Space City Toyota stepped through a full mock service-drive experience at Gulf States Toyota’s Technical Training Center in Houston, demonstrating the same customer-focused procedures that drive our success every day.
