Valued Customers, once again Windstream / Kinetic phone service has failed us tremendously and left us without phone service throughout the weekend - unbeknownst to us until late yesterday evening.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused any of you that needed service and tried to call our office.

FYI: **ALFORD AIR CUSTOMERS**
If you have tried to call our main number (903-632-1493) in the past few days and haven't been able to get through or have left a message that has not been returned, we apologize!!🥹
Our internet being down also affected our phones and any message left has just now started to come through.
The problem is (hopefully) now fixed and working properly, so if you need our services, please call the office number or 903-219-2385!🙂

We are always so excited when we have new small businesses come into our town, and we are SO EXCITED about this Great New Bakery & Cafe opening this Monday, April 15th!!!

I don’t know if this is real, since of course there is no number to call and speak to an actual person about it, but if it is, what??!!
It does not tell us what post we made that infringed upon these “trademark rights”. Looking back, we have only made a handful of posts and those were either to say congratulations to our schools or wish the community a happy holiday.
So if this is in fact real, it is a true infringement upon OUR freedom of speech. 🇺🇸
