We’re proud to announce the completion of our renovation at the Hampton Inn & Suites Coeur d’Alene!

This project encompassed all 124 guest rooms across five stories, as well as key amenity spaces including the lobby, breakfast and dining areas, pool, fitness center, meeting space, and all public areas.

Located in the vibrant lakeside community of Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, this renovation ensures the property continues to meet the expectations of today’s travelers while securing long-term value for our portfolio.

We’re grateful to the design, construction, and on-site teams who brought this vision to life with care and precision. We look forward to seeing the refreshed Hampton Inn & Suites continue to thrive in this dynamic market for years to come.

We’re thrilled to announce the full renovation of the SpringHill Suites by Marriott Lehi Thanksgiving Point is now complete!

All 94 guest rooms, public spaces, and amenities have been comprehensively updated—delivering a premium guest experience that aligns with today’s traveler expectations and maximizes operational appeal. Strategically located near Thanksgiving Point and Silicon Slopes, this refreshed asset is now positioned to capture increased market share in one of Utah’s fastest-growing corridors.

This week, Braintree Group team came together to participate in Rake Up Boise, an incredible initiative that provides yard care for local residents who are unable to maintain their properties. It was a rewarding experience to roll up our sleeves, work alongside our neighbors, and make a tangible difference in our community.

Construction is officially complete at our self-storage project in Mesa, Arizona, just outside Phoenix! This two-story facility features 856 climate and non-climate controlled units and 59 covered boat/RV spaces. The site has state-of-the-art security and is operated by Extra Space Storage.

What an incredible evening celebrating the grand opening of The Newberry Hotel. Acquired in December 2022, this charming 117-key boutique hotel has undergone a complete transformation and now proudly joins the Tapestry by Hilton Collection. Alongside newly renovated lobby and guestrooms, the hotel now features a brand-new restaurant and bar, market, pool, and fitness center. A huge thank you to our dedicated team and wonderful partners for making this project a success!
