An apple a day keeps the doctor away… so we gave the cookies a day off! 🍎😂 We celebrated National Apple Day with fresh apples, new charms, and notes of appreciation for our coworkers to fill the kudos wall. Turns out we can skip the sweets and still have a pretty sweet day! ❤️

🍇 Happy National Grape Popsicle Day!

Did we have grape popsicles? Not exactly.

Did we have Twin Pops, lots of flavor options, and happy employees? Absolutely. 😎🍧

A little frozen treat was the perfect way to cool off, brighten the day, and remind us that the best workplace memories are often the simplest ones.

This month’s forecast: 100% chance of cookies disappearing from the breakroom 🍪☁️

National Chocolate Chip Cookie Day was a success… unless you were trying to find cookies after the first 10 minutes 👀

Nothing brings people together faster than free snacks and chocolate chips 🤝🍫

Safe to say our team absolutely crushed their cookie quota for the day 😎

Taco ’bout a good time 🌮🎉

We celebrated Cinco de Mayo the right way - with tacos, toppings, laughs, and way too many “just one more taco” moments 😅

Nothing brings people together quite like good food and good company. Huge thanks to everyone who joined in and made the day so fun! 💚

Now the real question is… soft shell or crunchy? 👀👇

Where growth begins 🌱

Celebrating Earth Day the best way we know how: getting our hands a little dirty and planting something meaningful 🌼

From seeds to blooms, it’s a reminder that even the smallest actions can grow into something beautiful. Thanks to everyone who stopped by, planted a seed, and took a moment to celebrate our planet 💚

What does leadership really look like? 🏗️🥚

Our leadership team took on the Marshmallow Tower Challenge with a twist… this time, their structures had to support a raw egg.

The result? Creative ideas, teamwork, and just a little bit of pressure (because no one wanted to crack their egg).

It was fun to see each team take a completely different approach, proving that there’s no one “right” way to solve a problem, just strong collaboration and shared ideas.

Only one (and a half 😅) eggs didn’t make it… we’ll call that a win.

Shoutout to Ron and Alyssa for building the tallest tower at an impressive 26 inches! 👏

This is what leadership is all about: working together, thinking differently, and supporting each other every step of the way.

What’s better than a meeting?

Arcade games, of course 🎮😄

Our leadership team traded the office for some food, a few (okay… maybe one too many) sodas, and a little healthy competition. Turns out, nothing brings out everyone’s competitive side like a high score and some bragging rights 👀

But beyond the games and laughs, it was a great reminder that stepping away from the day-to-day matters. The best teams grow not just by working together, but by enjoying time together too.

Safe to say… leadership got a little more fun today 🎯

Who says you can’t wear pajamas to work? 😴🍩

We celebrated National Pajama Day the best way we know how: comfy pajamas, big smiles, and sweet treats! From cozy robes to fun prints, our team showed up ready to work and relax.

Donuts + pajamas = the perfect combo 🤝

Shoutout to everyone who joined in and made the day a little sweeter (and a lot more comfortable)!

🐣🥚 Who said adults can’t enjoy an Easter egg hunt? 🥚🐣

Our Elevate grads put together an egg hunt for the team, and it did not disappoint! Filled with fidget toys and a few surprises, our agents had a blast searching all around the floor (and yes… it got a little competitive 😄).

Each campaign had a golden egg with a gift card inside 🎁✨—and the best part? When one campaign was still on the hunt, everyone came together to help them find it.

Shoutout to our Elevate team for creating moments like this that bring fun, connection, and teamwork to the floor! 💙

Who knew marshmallows, spaghetti, and a rubber duck could bring out such strong teamwork? 🏗️🐥

Our newest Elevate class took on the Marshmallow Tower Challenge, building the tallest and sturdiest structure that could hold a rubber duck for 15 seconds. The twist? Working with teammates they don’t normally collaborate with.

With Frankee as their ultimate cheerleader — playing game show music to add a little pressure (and dancing along 🎶💃) — teams put their communication, creativity, and collaboration skills to the test.

Shoutout to Josh and Anna for building the tallest tower of the day — measuring an impressive 19 ¾ inches! 👏

Safe to say… we had some impressive builds (and plenty of laughs along the way).
