Lynette Bushman Biz Helping people develop and launch their programs with confidence! Lynette Bushman created a line of purses in 2005.

During the process of manufacturing the purses she learned, how the industry worked, how hard it was to get help and the ins and outs of the manufacturing world. Knowing she could help others, she started LJ Sourcing Agency in 2007. While at LJ Sourcing, she helped develop and manufactured over 350 products. One problem stood out during this time; companies were not marketing or selling the produc

ts she and her team worked so hard to develop and manufacture. In 2015 she started training her clients how to research their target market, what the market wants, and how to reach them. These courses and trainings turned into a full-time adventure and so in 2019, Lynette closed LJ Sourcing and started Spring Consulting Inc. As a business coach, she uses her intuition to help clients build and launch their programs. She loves helping businesses grow and become successful through discovering the direction of their business and strategizing how to get there. Helping them overcome their fears, regrets and past so they can move into being a high-level business owner/CEO is her greatest joy.

As a speaker, Lynette, has travelled the US and has spoken on many topics like; “Is Your Idea Ready to Launch?” “From Dream to Reality”, “Feel the Fear and Go For it Anyway”,” Is Your View of Money Holding You Back?” and “We All Have a Genius”. Lynette has written chapters in 2 books; Idaho Women Business Owners Success Stories and The Year of the Woman is Now and her own book, The Ambition Academy's 90-Day Journey. She was made Woman of the Year by the Idaho Women Business Owners in 2018.
