Chad & I recently had the opportunity to tour the food pantry and reentry services at St. Vincent de Paul. I was truly reminded of the impact they have on our community. I appreciate how SVdP serves people through different areas of support that help individuals and families stay in their homes and move forward with hope.

They provide help through food pantries, thrift stores, utility assistance, and reentry support for those transitioning back into society after incarceration, and more. Their work is such a meaningful blessing to so many in Southwest Idaho.

Third year in a row heading to the NBAA Leadership Conference, and it’s become a must-do on my calendar. Each time, I bring back practical tools that help me serve our clients better, support their teams and fine-tune the systems and workflows that keep their business running smoothly.

This year’s theme, “From Potential to Performance,” ties directly into the work Gigi Instructive does – improving communication, strengthening leadership and being more considerate and intentional in how we show up for others every day. If you’ll be in San Antonio Feb. 2–4, let’s connect.

Had a great time at the 12th Annual Extra Mile Golf Tournament raising money for Extra Mile Student Center. Money raised goes to support the non-profit Extra Mile Student Center, which provides a safe place for the community’s youth in an encouraging environment to help achieve personal, education, and career goals.
