This Wednesday, we’re shining the spotlight on Hayley, our Project Coordinator / Office Manager!

Since joining the team in January 2020, Hayley has enjoyed getting to know the people she works with and being part of all the moving pieces that keep things running smoothly.

But there’s more to Hayley than keeping projects organized! 📚

A few fun facts about Hayley:

- She’s an avid reader who reads around 75 books a year!

- Her favorite food? Mashed potatoes!

- When she’s not at work, you can find her floating the river.

When it comes to great customer service, Hayley believes in three important things: a positive attitude, a fast response, and clear communication. We love having team members who bring that mindset to the work they do every day!

This week we are spotlighting Dean, our fearless President!

For the past 4.5 yesars, Dean has helped lead our team with a focus on growth, opportunity, and delivering quality service to our customers. What he enjoys most about his role is the camaraderie of working alongside family, being part of the company's success, and helping create careers.

A few fun facts about Dean:

Who Are We Wednesday!

Meet Marcel! 👋

Marcel is our Estimator and Assistant Project Manager, he has been a part of the team for 6 months. He loves working with a team that's focused on growth and getting the job done right!

Fun Fact: Marcel taught himself how to play the drums! When he's off the clock, you'll usually find him out hunting with his dogs. And if you're wondering, his favorite food is artichokes!

Marcel believes great customer service means communicating clearly, doing what you say you're going to do while solving problems along the way, and delivering quality work every time!

We are lucky to have him on our team!

This week we’re introducing Dillon, Co-Owner of Turn Right Services!

Dillon has been with the company since day one in 2018, helping build Turn Right Services from the ground up.

What does he enjoy most about his job?
Seeing our teams succeed and watching their hard work pay off.

Favorite food: Chicken

🏆 Fun fact: Dillon is the defending fantasy football champion (and he’ll gladly remind everyone of it).

When he’s not working, you’ll likely find him camping or hunting and enjoying the outdoors.
