Dear Next Level Women Leaders community,

When we founded our company in 2017, we were driven by purpose. We wanted to help women leaders close the gap between who they are on the inside and how they show up on the outside—in effect, to help them show up more authentically, powerfully, and aligned in their daily lives. We believed that women deserve a seat at the table, in equality with men. We still do.

While our mission remains strong, our way of accomplishing it has shifted. Personal connection—including hugs!—are core to how we work. We love curating items and creating environments that make you feel seen and celebrate your inherent worth as a woman who occupies space on planet earth.

When the pandemic hit in 2020, we had two in-person trainings on the calendar: in Boise, Idaho, and in Seattle, Washington. Eventually both of those trainings were combined and delivered online. We had a blast! We loved connecting with the women who attended, and we’ve loved each and every moment with our alumni and broader community.

However, as our individual lives shifted—work, family obligations, personal missions—we realized that being authentic meant acknowledging that Next Level Women Leaders has served its role in our lives and, we hope, in yours. As we each approach 2021 with unique goals, businesses, and personal needs, it’s time for us to bless and release our company. We are ending Next Level Women Leaders.

The four of us remain close friends. We were friends before Next Level and we’ll remain so long after. We will stay connected and see so many opportunities to collaborate in the future.

Similarly, we hope that what we have experienced together with you, whether in trainings or through our online community, is not over—that you continue to intentionally grow in your life and leadership, and show up in alignment with your values.

This was a hard decision that took many months and dozens of hours of thought and conversation. We love what we’ve built. We love each other. We love you. We are still committed to our shared mission of equity and emboldening women leaders to take their seats at the table. And we are hopeful for the future, what each of our cofounders will accomplish individually, and how we’ll support each other—and you—even though we aren’t under the Next Level Women Leaders brand anymore.

So, with that, we want to say thank you. We’re grateful for your time. Your heart. For making this community what it is, and for trusting us to guide you during our trainings. We will carry deep gratitude far into the future.

All four of us hope to stay connected with you. We each have individual communities we’d love for you to be part of. It’s our intention to stay connected. You’ve got us for life!

This isn’t goodbye. It’s a next step in our collective journey of growth. We hope you’ll join us.

In gratitude,

Stacy, Abbey, Laura, and Nancy

Next Level Women Leaders is making the digital move. We're going virtual!

Over the past several months, we’ve been in deep discussion about how to best serve you in the midst of this worldwide crisis. As we discussed a back-up plan, something amazing happened. We actually got excited about virtual! We found ourselves smiling as we explored ideas to make this training special, to show up BIG for you and the community.

The upshot? We’ve cascaded our signature two-day format into four consecutive mornings: all highly interactive, meaningful, and fun.

Training dates are November 17–20, from 9:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m. MST with an optional half-hour brown bag social time after the main session.

We aim to deliver even MORE value through this format, including brand-new content designed to support you in today’s environment, “office hours” with our cofounders, and more. And even with these extras, we’ve reduced the registration price to just $995.

🔅Registration is only open October 12–30, so click the link to grab your virtual seat at the table🔅

We're thrilled to embark on this virtual experience with you, and we look forward to helping you reach your next level!

"When I'm sometimes asked 'When will there be enough (women on the Supreme Court)?' and my answer is: 'When there are nine,' people are shocked. But there'd been nine men, and nobody's ever raised a question about that."

Something wonderful happens when we get to be in a room filled with women.

Together we share our stories. Together we learn and uncover the differences that make us who we are and the similarities that connects us. Together we build on not just the expectations we want for ourselves but for those who will continue to pave the way forward.

What we create when we join together is not magical. It’s real. Driven by relentless effort, support and encouragement that feeds the progress we know is possible for every woman. We are learning that “your seat at the table” is more than the ones already built. It’s also the tables we are building, together.

Another historic week for the U.S.! Kamala Harris became the first woman of color, and just the third woman, to become a vice presidential candidate. Huge congratulations to her!! Changing the face of leadership at the highest levels.

Ms. Harris, Joe Biden’s running mate and the first woman of color on a major party ticket, has said she can “prosecute the case” against President Trump.

Phumzile Mlambo-Ngcuka, Exec Dir of UN Women, speaks clearly of the need for a focus on women's rights and women's leadership now, more than ever.

Q: Taking into account all we have discussed, what is most critical when it comes to building a better world, post-Covid?

A: Let us try and position women in strategic leadership so they’re inside the rooms where decisions are being made; and trust them to make the right decisions for all of us. Let’s just get them inside that door.

[This piece is part of a series of conversations with notable women on leading and rebuilding a post-Covid world. The conversations were a collaboration between In Her Words and the Women’s Forum for the Economy & Society. Watch the full interview here.]
