-2011 Cabernet Sauvignon $26.00
It begins with enticing aromatics of French oak and green peppers that transforms into ripe cherry, blackberry and hints of baking spices. The smoothness of this wine glides across the palate ending with a beautiful balance of tannins.

-2012 Petit Verdot

$28.00
Aromas of dusty cherry, marionberry, cherry wood and mineralality dominate and are followed by a fairly rich entry of dark plums and elderberries. The fine-grained tannins are fascinating and lead to the finish of earthiness and purple fruit.

-2011 Petite Sirah $28.50
The nose is filled with caramel, molasses, plum and blackberry. On the palate, it's loaded with flavors of plum, boysenberry, coffee and tobacco.

-2011 Couloir Cuvee $23.50
50% Cabernet, 25% Syrah and 25% Merlot. The nose is filled with raspberries, a kick of pepper and vanilla. The initial bite of tannins transforms into a smooth wine with a lasting finish of cooked fruit.

The 2012 vintage will go down as one of the best in the history of Fraser Vineyard. Sadly, those wines will also mark the end of the line for the closest thing Idaho had to a cult winery.
