Cynthia brings over 25 years of administrative experience spanning a wide range of industries — and one of her greatest strengths is her ability to adapt that expertise to every new environment she steps into.

Most recently, she spent five years as an Administrative/Office Manager at a preliminary notice company, where she developed deep expertise in the prelien and mechanic lien filing process - and a real passion for helping clients navigate it with confidence.

Outside of work, Cynthia loves spending time with family and friends, catching live music, exploring new places, and soaking up the Arizona sunshine. ☀️

We're thrilled to introduce Ava Spangler to the Synergy Corporate Services team! As our new Research Specialist in Civil Litigation Services, Ava brings a compelling blend of strategic marketing and data analytics - a combination she honed while earning her bachelor's degree in marketing alongside a certificate in business analytics.
Before joining us, Ava put her people skills and attention to quality to work as a Starbucks Barista and Coffee Master - crafting high-quality beverages and brightening people's days one cup at a time. (Those skills haven't gone anywhere. She still pulls a great espresso at home.)
Outside of work, you'll find Ava cooking delicious meals for friends and family, exploring Boise's restaurant and coffee shop scene, and hunting for hidden gems at local antique and thrift stores.
We're so glad to have her energy and expertise on the team. Welcome, Ava! ☕

What makes Travis especially valuable to our team is his versatility. Cross-trained across multiple departments, Travis also lends support to our Corporate Services and Civil Litigation Services teams wherever he's needed. His willingness to step in and help out is something we truly appreciate.

Sierra is the kind of person who makes everyone around her better. She runs our department with grace and expertise, trains every new team member in her department, and delivers exceptional customer service each and every day. She is the definition of reliable — the person you can always count on, no matter what.
