Last Monday, the Jayden DeLuca Foundation teamed up with Make-A-Wish Idaho to grant a special wish for one of our newest , Liberty!

Heart Hero families and board members gathered to celebrate Liberty’s sweet wish to spread hope to fellow heart patients—gifting each hero a bear and offering to pray for them. 🐻❤️✨

To top off an incredible day, Make-A-Wish presented a check in Liberty’s honor to support our heart community!

Thank you to all of our Heart Hero families and board members who joined us in celebration!
