We get asked all the time: where do I even start with AI?

Honestly, most of us don't need another tutorial. We need someone to just build the thing for us, trained on our actual business, so we can stop figuring it out at 11pm.

Here's what we see all the time. Smart women collecting AI prompts, saving them to a Notion doc, trying to make them fit, then giving up halfway because the prompt was built for someone else's business, not theirs. The collecting isn't the problem. Translating it into your actual life is where it all falls apart.

That's the gap we're closing at our Empire Circle Midyear Retreat this June in DC. A live AI build, two days, alongside the women in our room. Every woman walks out with a custom assistant trained on her business, her voice, her processes, her team. Not a screenshot. The real thing.

By the time she drives home, it's already at work.

We've been having a lot of conversations lately about AI. Most of them sound the same. "You should be using it." "Don't get left behind." "The future is coming."

But almost none of those conversations help you actually do anything different on Monday morning.

That's what we wanted the Midyear to be. Not another conversation about what AI could do. A weekend where you sit down, do the work, and walk out with something real in your business.

Because the women we get to work with aren't behind. They're tired. They've been doing this at full speed for years. And the difference between getting a year ahead and another year of running on fumes isn't more hustle. It's better leverage.
