It has been brought to our attention, a scam out of the country has been using the name EZ Boise Appliance Repair to schedule fake appointments and collect credit card information. Some of our customers have contacted this company through no fault of their own and are being charged upfront and then no one shows up for the repair.

Here at Easy’s Appliance Repair Service we will never ask for money prior to coming out to diagnose the problem with your appliance. If you run across this repair company please contact the Better Business Bureau ASAP and do not give any credit card information over the phone.

Please know that we are doing everything that we can to make sure this doesn’t happen to anybody else.
