🚨10k under valuation🚨This customer called us out of California saying that his insurance, Aspire, was totaling his 2024 Tacoma. Now this vehicle already had a salvage title but they were offering him $19,414.92 and he thought that was low. After our free analysis we agreed. He then invoked the appraisal clause and hired us. After a few back and forth emails with the other appraiser we agreed the vehicle was actually worth $29,782.82. That is an additional $10,370.90. The insured was thrilled. Don't trust the company that owes you money to tell you how much they owe you!

This 2015 Camaro SS2 was totaled by Allstate and they offered their insured $22,748.00. The insureds lawyer reached out to us and had us do our free analysis. After seeing our analysis the insured invoked the appraisal clause and hired us. Literally one email with the other appraiser and we agreed the vehicle was actually worth $27,748.00. That is a difference of $5,036.00. Don't trust the company that owes you money to tell you how much they owe you!

After this 2025 Toyota Camry XSE with 8,730 miles on it was hit by a State Farm insured, the claimant made a claim for diminished value. State Farm initially offered them nothing for Diminished value since "the vehicle is fully repaired". We were hired to put together a report for the inherent Diminished value. Our report showed a diminished value amount of $6,311.10. We sent that to State Farm and surprisingly they offered $4,500.00. After some negotiation we settled at $5,100.00 in Diminished value. Don't trust the company that owes you money to tell you how much they owe you!

Farmers Insurance preaches about honesty and transparency....... Their insured told them he knew it was worth more than the $28,630.00 they offered and even presented comparables and Farmers denied him so he invoked the appraisal clause and hired us. After one email with the other appraiser we agreed the vehicle was actually worth $34,736.00. That's an additional $6,106.00. Don't trust the company that owes you money to tell you how much they owe you!

According to State Farm this 2017 Honda Accord with 145k miles on it was worth $11,611.00. But their insured was smart and invoked appraisal and hired us. After 2 emails with the other appraiser we agreed that it was actually worth $15,412.90. That's a difference of 3,801.90. Don't trust the company that owes you money to tell you how much they owe you!

Jake from State Farm decided to once again low-ball their customer on this 2015 Infinity Q50 AWD 134k miles on it by offering them $8,495.00. After our free analysis the customer knew it was worth more so they invoked the appraisal clause and hired us. After one email with the other appraiser we agreed the vehicle was actually worth $14,650.00. That's a difference of $6,155.00. Don't trust the company that owes you money to tell you how much they owe you!

The vehicle owner got $15,000.00 in Diminished value from Progressive on this 2025 Silverado after they originally denied it completely. Don't trust the company that owes you money to tell you how much they owe you!

Progressive putting their customer through hell on this Hellcat. Customer reached out to us after Progressive totaled their 2017 Charger Hellcat with 24k miles on it. The Hellcat had a salvage title so Progressive decided to take off an arbitrary number of $16,934.29 to compensate, offering them a total of $32,283.70. Customer invokes appraisal and hires us. Then progressive hires an appraiser who values it at $35,563.72 and we could not agree so we go to umpire. Thankfully the umpire chosen had a brain and came to a realistic value of $40,015.37. That's an additional $7,731.67 from the insurance original offer. Don't trust the company that owes you money to tell you how much they owe you!
