Our pre engineered metal building (PEMB) is set to arrive at Aria Phase 2 and we are ready to get it installed. Leaving out the center portions of the concrete slab allows the future tenants flexibility on the design of their space. The Russell Parkway retail center will soon be home to thriving storefronts for everyone to enjoy!

The finishing touches are about to begin on our retail space on Hwy 96. We are thankful for our client who trusted us to complete this build. We built the building next door back in 2020 and getting a repeat client is the ultimate pat on the back!

We have been making interior and exterior progress on our Tifton Gazette Renovation. The 100 year old building is undergoing a transformation in the heart of downtown Tifton. We love the design of keeping these exposed barrel ceilings and cannot wait to see the finished product in a few months!

McWright is excited to announce that we were the selected General Contractor for the Effingham County GA Board of Commissioners Animal Shelter Project. In collaboration with the design firm Goodwyn, Mills, Cawood, LLC, we will renovate the the 2 existing buildings on site and add a third building along with revamped parking and entrances. This project will be a major enhancement to the current services this facility provides. We are thrilled to have been selected and ready for the unique challenges of this project.

This wonderful weather has given us a great chance to make progress on this 10,800 SF total demo and re roof on our project in Tifton, GA. We are really blessed to be trusted by our clients to handle complex renovations involving historical buildings. 100 year old renovations are a challenge that we are always up for!

Excited to share that we were the awarded General Contractor for the Tifton Gazette Renovation. This project is a complete renovation to the former home of the local newspaper. The construction activities will transform the building into a space for Tift County Board of Elections and Courthouse Annex. We will mobilize soon and the project is expected to be completed by Summer 2026.
