This month, for National Boss/Employee Exchange Day, we thought about putting our President, Jason Royse, to work in the shop. The only problem? That would not exactly be unusual around here. Jason is known for jumping in wherever he is needed, including out in the shop.

So while Jason was busy helping out in the shop, we handed the boss’s chair over to our Shop Manager, Michael, for the day. Michael is great at his actual job... but his performance in the boss’s role might need a little work. 😂
