Hello to all of our clients. We know the time is nearing for some of you to be getting ready to head back to your home up North. As you prepare to leave your Florida home for the season, this is a good time to schedule some routine maintenance while you are still in residence:
1. Have your HVAC system serviced before you leave for the season.
2. This is a good time to change batteries in your Smoke Alarms and Carbon Monoxide detectors.
3. This is a good time to change batteries to any key pad locks on your front door or garage door key pads.
4. Fill all your golf cart batteries with distilled water before you leave.
5. If you have automobiles that stay here, hook your battery up to battery tender/trickle charger.
