We are pleased to support our friends at F.A.R.M. Cafe once again this year for their annual Small Bites for a Big Cause fundraiser! September 22, 2026 at The Mill at Rock Creek.

F.A.R.M. Cafe is North Carolina's first pay-what-you-can restaurant.
Their mission is to build a healthy and inclusive community where everybody eats, regardless of means.
They accomplish this by offering a pay-what-you-can lunch service Monday-Friday from 11-2pm.
F.A.R.M. Cafe believes that:
There is dignity in choice. Their daily changing menu features items that take dietary restrictions into consideration.
Pay-what-you-can means exactly that. At FARM Cafe, there are multiple methods of exchanges for our meals: paying a price that is fair to you or volunteering your time for a meal.

MOLTOX is proud to be involved in this study on N­-nitrosamine mutagenicity as it applies to acceptable intakes. All the Ames assays presented in this study utilized our 5,6-Benzoflavone/Phenobarbital-induced rat and/or hamster S9.

In vitro, in vivo, and in silico data from 25 N-nitrosamines shape the future of nitrosamine testing strategy.
