Thinking back to my time in the boat business, it was clear we needed experts.

If a mechanic said they could do it all, we'd tell them to look for another job.

Just like that, when I had a health scare, I didn't want just any doctor. I wanted the top throat surgeon out there.

This push for experts wasn't about getting the best out of one person. It was about getting the very best help possible.

Having specialists really makes a difference.
