This cart has a access problem when it comes to adding water to the cells. I told them I would not install new batteries...

This cart has a access problem when it comes to adding water to the cells. I told them I would not install new batteries without adding a watering system. Takes the guess work out of battery watering. They will get more than three years out of this set of eight batteries
