- Have LTC (Letter from issuing authority)
- Acceptable Duty Weapon (To be registered with MSP)
- Level 3 Retention Holster
- Full Duty Belt
- Ability to be certified in OC Spray, Baton, Handcuffing, Defensive Tactics, and more
- Ability to pass range qualifications on an annual basis

Another Great Day to kick off the Holiday Season.

On Saturday November 29th 2025 Phoenix Protective Service was on hand to es**rt Santa into the Downtown Crossing Macy's. The Macy's Santa Tour made a stop in Boston today bringing joy and excitement throughout Downtown Crossing to ring in the holiday season.

Another great event put on by Macy's in collaboration with Downtown Boston Alliance. Make sure your Come by and shop Downtown this holiday season. Say hi to the Phoenix Officers making sure everyone has a safe and enjoyable Downtown Shopping experience this year.

Black Friday Downtown Boston 2025!!

What a great day in Downtown Boston. Santa made his first appearance and wished everyone a Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays.

Today Phoenix Officers assisted store security departments in the apprehension of two shoplifting suspects. Officers also assisted in traffic management, aided those suffering from effects of substance abuse, and addressing quality of life and safety concerns brought to our attention by merchants, residents and visitors.

To top of off, to make this a memorable DTC Black Friday, it started snowing presenting some great photo ops with the Downtown Winter Art, Holiday Tree and Santa.

The Holiday Shopping Season is off to a great start in Downtown Crossing.

Phoenix Protective Service delivered Thanksgiving food to two families in need living in our clients property, Avana Cliffside Apartments in Malden.

We are more than just a regular security company, we are a Protective Service who gives back to the communities we serve on a regular basis.
