Fear shows up in almost every level of business.

Not because you are not ready, but because you are stepping into something new.

I see this often with the clients I support at GRATI Consulting. The next step is usually clear, but it feels uncomfortable to move on it. So it gets delayed, reworked, or overthought.

Event planning can get hectic, but it doesn’t have to run you.

For Lotus and Hawk, we used a VIP 1/2 Day to build the essentials. Flyers, a brochure, a questionnaire, and a sign-up sheet. All branded, all aligned, all ready to go.

This is what strategy looks like.

I’ve learned this the hard way:

The same offer will feel “too expensive” in one room
and “underpriced” in another.

Nothing about your value changed.
Just the room.

That’s why knowing your value matters.

Not in a loud, prove-it way
but in a grounded, this-is-what-I-bring-to-the-table way.

Because when you’re clear on what you do and the results you create,
you stop negotiating with people who were never the right fit to begin with.

You stop shrinking to be understood.
You stop over-explaining your worth.

And you start putting yourself in rooms where your work is recognized, respected, and ready to be invested in.

There is power in that.

And there is responsibility too.

Because once you see it, you can’t unsee it.

So yes… I’m choosing a new room.
