You’re not undisciplined

you’re just tired of white-knuckling it & not seeing any results.

and honestly…

your problem was never willpower, it’s the plan you’re running

so why are you still stuck guessing, restarting, googling “best diet for busy guys” at 11pm?

When there’s another lane...

Where you show up, stick to the plan, and the results just… happen 🙌🏾

no more guessing.
no more Monday restarts.
no more doing this alone.

just a plan designed for you, a coach you can actually talk to, and the version of you that’s been waiting on you to finally do something different

if that feels like relief… it probably is.

Shoot me a DM & stop white-knuckling yourself into a brick wall.

People see the final result and think weight loss just clicked one day.

What they don’t see is the weeks of sitting stuck at the same weight.

The uncomfortable progress pictures.

The hunger pangs.

The frustration.

The workouts where you feel weaker but still don’t look any different.

And the constant reminder to trust the process anyway.

But this is what consistency actually looks like.

Not perfection.

Not overnight results.

Not relying on some “magic” injection or shortcut to do the work for you.

Just showing up again and again, even when the progress feels invisible.

And honestly, this weight loss journey has taught me so much outside of fitness.

It reminded me that growth is usually quiet.

Most days, it feels like nothing is changing because you’re living through the change in real time.

But then one day, you look back…

and realize the things that once felt impossible now feel natural.

The meals feel normal.

The workouts feel normal.

The discipline feels normal.

The person you were trying to become starts feeling like who you are.

So if you’re currently stuck trying to lose that stubborn 15 lbs with no progress in sight…

keep showing up.

Your body is adapting even when you can’t see it yet.

It won’t happen overnight.

But if you keep showing up, your results won’t have a choice.

Here’s the truth most men don’t want to accept:

The body you want is not built by doing more.

It’s built by making fewer decisions.

That’s why the “boring” stuff works.

Most men don’t fall off because they’re lazy.

They fall off because every single day turns into a negotiation.

What should I eat?

Should I train today?

Do I really need to track this?

Can I just start over Monday?

And every time you leave the decision open, the tired version of you makes the deciding vote.

And that’s the PROBLEM.

You don’t need a more exciting plan.

You need a plan that removes the daily argument.

Same meals.

Clear numbers.

Non-negotiable movement.

Training scheduled before your mood gets involved.

Because the men who actually change their bodies aren’t winging it.

They aren’t waiting to feel ready.

And they damn sure aren’t relying on motivation to save them at 8pm after a long day.

They’re relying on systems that make the right choice the easy choice.

So if your fitness plan requires you to constantly “lock in,” it’s not a system.

It’s a gamble.

And if you’re tired of gambling with your body & being embarrassed by how you look.

Build something repeatable and boring that works regardless of how you feel about it.

Comment BORING if you want help building a simple starting framework.

Your friendly reminder that your body is reflection of your standards.

Not your desires
Not your ideals
Not what happens when you’re at your best.

Your standards.

And just like non-negotiables, standards are only standards when you stand on them without exception.

Everyone wants a leaner body but few people learn the foundations that make it easy.

Most people spend all their time looking for the perfect workout, the “best” supplement, or the latest “fat loss hack”

Just to end up in worse shape than they started.

All without realizing that mastering the basics would guarantee a leaner body.

So if you want to make getting lean easier, focus on 3 things that actual move the needle.

👉🏾 Staying within your calories (aka knowing how much you eat)
👉🏾 Hitting your macros consistently ( aka eating MORE of the right stuff)
👉🏾 Managing your micros (making sure that your body feels as good as you want it to look)

That’s the foundation that’s helped me lose 30+ lbs while enjoying the process and eating cookies + ice cream every single day.

And I didn’t forget my promise to you, here are my go-to high protein desserts for those of you with dreams of having a six pack even with your sweet tooth

1. Swoop Protein Ice Cream (Specifically the Peanut Butter Blitz)

Macros: 150 calories | 9g Fat | 14g Carbs | 10g Protein per 160 grams

2. Frozen One Ice Cream(Specifically Salted Caramel Crunch_

Macros: 390 Calories | 6g Fat | 78g Carbs | 40g Protein for the WHOLE pint

3. Alyssa’s Healthy Vegan Bites (Oatmeal Cookies )

Macros: 90 Calories | 3g Fat | 14g Carbs | 4g Protein | 10g Fiber per 2 cookies

4. Home made Protein Tiramisu

Macros: 222 calories | 12g Fat | 17g Carbs | 13g Protein per slice (Recipe makes 15)

The goal isn’t to suffer your way into shape. It’s to find a system that makes building the body you want an enjoyable process.

Most men think getting in shape means putting their life on hold.

That you have to choose between having a body you’re proud of and a life you actually enjoy.

Going out to eat or feeling great in your clothes.
Taking the trip or staying on track.
Enjoying spontaneous nights with friends or making your morning workout.

And I get it, because that’s what you’ll see all over the internet. But what you probably won’t realize in the moment is that those moments are only 20% of the equation.

The other 80% is the work that nobody notices until the results become impossible to ignore.

The workouts when I’m tired.
The meals I prep when takeout would be easier.
The mornings I show up when motivation is nowhere to be found.
The boring, repetitive choices that nobody claps for.

And what I’ve learned from these moments is that...

You don’t earn the freedom to enjoy life by being perfect.

You earn it by being consistent enough that one meal, one trip, or one weekend doesn’t throw you completely off track.

For a long time, I thought getting in shape meant saying no to everything.

No dinners.
No vacations.
No spontaneity.

But the older I get, the more I realize that’s not the goal.

I don’t want a body that only looks good when life is perfectly structured.

I want a body that’s strong enough to enjoy my lifestyle.

Not a lifestyle built around maintaining the “perfect” physique.

And that’s why I stay locked in when it’s time to be locked in.

So I can be fully present when it’s time to enjoy the moments that matter.

Because at the end of the day, there’s more to life than chasing a better physique.
