💤 Early morning wakings driving you (and your baby) a little crazy?

You’re not alone! Many babies wake up too early due to overtiredness, short wake windows, and sleep environment.

In my latest blog, I break down the top 4 reasons babies wake up early—and what you can do to help them sleep longer. Gentle tweaks to routines, wake windows, and the sleep environment can make a big difference!

Read the full article here 👉

Early morning wakings can be one of the most frustrating challenges for parents. You tuck your little one in for what feels like the “perfect” bedtime, only to have them greet the day far too early. ✨Struggling with sleep training? Unsure what method is the right one for your family?

✨You’ve probably heard of the Ferber Method—but what makes it such a good option?

✨This post breaks down 5️⃣ powerful reasons why the Ferber approach is one of the most effective and flexible methods out there. It’s structured without being harsh, and it empowers both you and your baby to build better sleep habits—fast. 😘💪

✨The Ferber Method is a type of “interval” sleep training- where parents go into the room at increasing intervals of time throughout the night.

✨Slumberly specializes in the interval method of sleep training. If you are interested in helping your baby learn independent sleep and this method aligns with your goals and comfort level...but you are looking for support during the process- DM me 📲 I am here to help you get through the process as smoothly and stress-free as possible 😊

Exhausted and Googling "how to sleep train my baby"? You're not alone—I've worked with hundreds of families in your shoes. The truth is, sleep training doesn’t have to be scary or harsh. It’s about giving your baby (and you!) the gift of better sleep.

In my latest blog, I’m breaking down the most popular sleep training methods, when to start, what to expect—and how long it actually takes to work.

If you're ready for a roadmap through the overwhelm, this one's for you.

If you want support through the process, comment SLEEP! 👇

Sleep training can feel like a daunting journey—especially when you're already sleep-deprived. Between the endless (often un-scientific) advice on social media, well-meaning family opinions, and your own anxiety, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed. But here’s the truth: sleep training isn’t about...

✨ Traveling with a Sleep-Trained Baby? Read This. ✈️💤

Worried travel will undo all your baby’s sleep progress? Here are 10 tips to keep your little one well-rested on the go—without stressing over every nap or bedtime.

👇 Let’s dive in:

1. Pack the sleep essentials
Sound machine, sleep sack, monitor, blackout solution, and lovey—bring the familiar cues!

2. Block out the light
A dark sleep space helps maintain quality naps and smooth bedtime, even in hotels or rentals.

3. Stick to your bedtime routine
Even if bedtime is later, keep the routine consistent. Familiar steps = predictable sleep cues.

4. Protect one crib nap
Aim for the first nap in a crib or pack n’ play. Let other naps happen on the go.

5. Time your flights wisely
If possible, book flights around nap time. White noise + motion = better in-flight sleep odds.

6. Be flexible, not perfect
Some naps will be short. That’s okay! Stick to the key habits and give yourself grace.

7. Use white noise everywhere
Plane, car, hotel—white noise helps drown out distractions and signal sleep.

8. Stay consistent overnight
Respond the way you would at home. Don’t reintroduce sleep props (like rocking or feeding to sleep).

9. Treat early mornings like night wakings
Keep it dark and quiet until your usual wake-up time—even if baby’s up at 5 a.m.

10. Don’t panic—babies bounce back
A few off days won’t undo your progress. Stay calm and consistent. You’ve got this!

Vacation season is here! For the parents I work with this is both exciting and daunting...they are eager to get out of the house, and they also really don't want their baby's newly-acquired sleep skills to slide during travel.

The good news, is that you can travel and keep your baby on track! Check out my latest blog for everything from a sleep-focused packing list to adjusting for naps while traveling.

The warm weather is here (finally!) and vacation season is here! Traveling with a baby can feel daunting—especially if you’ve worked hard to establish great sleep habits at home. This is one of the main things parents ask me about after we begin the sleep training process. They don’t want to p...

Let’s clear up some common newborn sleep myths. 💭👶

If you’re a new parent, you’ve probably heard these myths making the rounds. But the truth is, newborn sleep isn’t always what it seems! Let’s bust these 4 common sleep myths:

➡️ Myth 1: Keep baby awake during the day so they’ll sleep better at night
➡️ Myth 2: You can’t start encouraging independent sleep until 4+ months
➡️ Myth 3: If baby makes noise at night, they must be awake
➡️ Myth 4: Newborns should sleep in total silence to get good rest

Want to know the truth behind these myths? Swipe through the carousel to find out! ✨

And as always, it’s worth noting that if what you’re doing is working, then that’s what’s important ☺️ My posts are intended to help people looking for sleep support!
