The Green Link is a vision for Parcel 1A in the Providence 195 Design and Innovation District.

One of four proposals presented at last night’s public hearing, the project proposes an exemplary, next-generation building suitable for an innovation district.
⠀
A highly activated, porous podium with an elevated multi-level park that invites pedestrians and occupants up, into and through the parklike setting, the project is a link in the existing urban lung of the green spaces present in the district including 7 acres of permanently dedicated open spaces.

The Green Link includes 10 residential condominiums for sale, suitable for multi-generational living, and is a joint venture between .and.co and Brass Rat Real Estate Development.
