I’m beyond excited and proud to officially announce the launch of RSD Search—a boutique search firm specializing in Regulatory and Clinical talent within the Life Sciences industry.

Not only are “RSD” my initials, but also my late fathers. It's a tribute to his legacy, his values, and his role in guiding me to a meaningful career in life science recruitment.

RSD Search combines deep drug development expertise with a consultative, relationship-first approach. We provide tailored, end-to-end talent solutions to support high-growth biotech and pharmaceutical companies. The goal is to create a true white-glove experience for both candidates and clients - driven by values that drive me - Trust, Resilience, Integrity, and Listening.

All the moments in my life have seemingly culminated into this one today. My recruitment journey has been full of perspective, lessons, challenges, and growth—including a cross country move from Boston to San Diego. I'm grateful for every experience and every person who helped get me here.

Thank you to all of my former colleagues, managers, and mentors - especially those that truly pushed me into that next gear. Thank you to my family for always believing in me and thank you to my friends who have always been there. A special thank you to my wife Victoria, the constant rock in my life and my biggest cheerleader.

Still feels surreal that I'm prepping a set for the Middle East Downstairs but feeling extremely grateful for this opportunity.

I also just learned that the Middle East is closing??? THIS IS SO SAD!!!!

So this literally could be my last set that bassment. The amount of memories and shows played - it has been a helluva ride.

Really looking forward to mobbing with you people in a 360 environment on that phat HSD/Funktion rig - the vibes are going to be immaculate.

As I am organizing and closing out my Uncle Bob chapter, I came across this mix that I never uploaded and thought it would be a great time to share with you all.

Created in 2016, this mix was an eclectic journey that I created during period in my life where I felt lost, however this mix and the creation of it was inspired by the love I felt for certain aspects of life at the time and it greatly assisted with providing positive vibes. My hope is that it does the same for you. Weaving in and out of genres with a foundation of future bass music will hopefully provide some listening solace in a world of chaos.

The mix opens with one of my favorite quotes from Alice in Wonderland, transitioning into my favorite Beyonce (??) track - eventually weaving into a positive uplifting future bass sounds.
