ALX100 Honoree. This is for every first-gen, every dreamer, every quiet leader.

As a first-generation Bolivian daughter of immigrants, a college dropout, and a woman with dyslexia, I was never supposed to be here… so I decided I was going to be here.

I’ve built businesses, invested in my career, and I’m proud of the corporate journey that shaped me. I’ve reinvented myself again and again, healed generational trauma, regulated my nervous system, and kept proving that my story and your story matter. I am a representation of us.

And this recognition is not just for me. It’s for every first-gen. Every eldest sibling. Every introvert who’s been told to stay quiet. Every dreamer who’s been told you’re too much or not enough. For the ones who help everyone else and forget to help themselves.

Here’s what I’ve learned: the sidelines aren’t where change is made. You’re not just a spectator — you’re a player. The time you spend watching could be the time you spend creating. The opportunities are here. If you won’t step into them for yourself, then do it for the people who need you.

And let this be a reminder: we are our ancestors’ wildest dreams. Stop trying to impress other people. Impress yourself. That’s the harder work, but it’s the work that matters.

That’s why I’m proud to share that I’ve been named one of the 2025 ALX100 by , celebrating Latino American leaders, risk-takers, disruptors, and advocates shaping the future of Massachusetts today.

Through Creative CEO and Out of Office Media Agency, I’ll keep creating spaces for us to rise, connect, and build legacies.

There’s something powerful that happens when people stop performing while networking.

Last weekend, I was invited to WISE at Northeastern to host a workshop, and we didn’t talk about elevator pitches or perfect introductions.

We focused on what most people overlook:
personal branding and mastering your skillset, because networking only works if you’re remembered after the room.

Within hours, I started receiving messages from the students:
- Someone who considered themselves shy updated their LinkedIn with intention.
- Someone who was uncomfortable speaking went on two coffee chats the next day!
- Others realized how they’re perceived, and what to change immediately feeling confident.

That’s networking.

Not performing.
Not collecting contacts.

Being clear enough to be remembered.

What stood out to me most, this room.
The level of intention, diversity, and ambition in these students… I wish I had access to spaces like this when I was starting out. And at the same time, it reminded me exactly why I do this work.

Grateful to have been invited into such a powerful room, and to continue building in spaces like it.

A special thank you to Betsy Ludwig and the WISE Committee, it’s clear you are the force behind so much of this, supporting students in every way possible as they work toward success on their own terms.

I’ve spent most of my career building quietly.
Inside other people’s companies.
Inside strategy decks.

Inside rooms where decisions were being made, supporting founder CEOs and helping others step into visibility.

For 15 years, I sat at tables most people never see, learning how access works, how influence moves, how proximity compounds.

I wasn’t the face.
I was the engine.

And when I began building my own brands, I carried that same energy.

Head down.
Focused.
Building infrastructure.
Building community.
Building clients.
Building systems.

But here’s what I know now:
In a digital world, if people can’t see you, they can’t advocate for you.

Your personal brand isn’t vanity.
It’s leverage.
Not louder.
Not trendier.
Just clearer.

It’s the bridge between the room you’re in and the room you’re meant to enter next.

This year, I’m choosing intentional visibility.
Not to perform.
To position.

What does visibility look like for you in this season?

I forgot how much I love this work. 💋

Last weekend reminded me. 🙏🏽

On Friday, an incredible woman I’ve known reached out.
She was stuck, not in strategy but in energy.
One conversation shifted something deep for her.
She cried. I did too. 🥹

Then on Saturday, another woman I once met at Drybar gave me a blowout in her now very own salon (that she dreamed of having).
She told me I was one of the first people who believed she could do it.
We cried together. 🥹

Both moments reminded me this is what conscious business really is.❤️‍🔥

It’s not just numbers, content, or growth.👀

It’s healing. ❤️‍🩹

It’s remembering that everything is personal.
That the inner work is the business work. 🐝

If you’ve been craving alignment, start there.
Your business grows at the pace of your healing. 🫶🏽

“Women to Watch in 2025: Setting Bold Intentions for a Visionary Year Ahead” 💫

Exciting News! I’m so honored to be featured in the Dreamers & Doers article.

In 2025, my focus is on showing up authentically—leaving behind the fear of being fully seen and heard. To lead and create with intention, I’m prioritizing practices like acupuncture, breathwork, astrology, and human design to regulate my nervous system and align with my natural rhythms.

These tools are the foundation for how I stay grounded, focused, and aligned to build massive impact at Creative CEO for entrepreneurs who are ready to lead with purpose and authenticity. 🌿

Grateful to for this opportunity to share my journey and for empowering women to embrace their boldest visions. Let’s make 2025 the year we redefine success by showing up as our most aligned selves—building businesses that inspire connection, uplift communities, and strengthen the economy.

Together, we are creating a ripple effect of change and impact. 💛

✨ National Entrepreneurs Day Hits Different This Year! ✨

It’s been 568 days since I went all in on my business, Creative CEO, and wow—what a journey it’s been. The journey continues—I’m growing, learning, and imagining a future bigger than I ever dreamed. Growth is my constant, learning is my fuel, and dreaming bigger.

To every single person who’s been in my corner through the highs and the hustle—thank you. This path is tough, but it’s worth every moment. 🫶🏽

Over the past three years, Creative CEO has made bold moves:
🫶🏽 Empowered 100+ women-owned businesses, guiding them to launch or transition from corporate to full-time entrepreneurship.
🫶🏽 Hosted sold-out events across Boston, NYC, Miami, and Los Angeles, including summits, retreats, and “Out of Office” networking days.
🫶🏽 Built a movement of ambitious women of color, leading with purpose, building aligned businesses, and creating lasting legacies.

This year, National Entrepreneurs Day feels special because it marks not just growth, but transformation. Creative CEO is evolving into its next chapter, and I couldn’t do it without the incredible Lorena of Del Tropico Design Studio, who has reimagined our brand to capture the heart of our mission and our bold vision for the future.

✨ What’s next? ✨
📆 Launching our membership program to guide you into your next era.
✨ Miami’s PWR of WMN Summit — mark your calendars!
🌴 Our annual Creativa Retreat in Puerto Rico — stay tuned!
I’m beyond proud of what we’ve built and more excited than ever for what’s ahead. Huge thanks to Lorena for bringing this vision to life—this is just the beginning.

To every entrepreneur out there: Keep going. Keep dreaming. Your new era awaits. 💖
