ALX100 Honoree. This is for every first-gen, every dreamer, every quiet leader.
As a first-generation Bolivian daughter of immigrants, a college dropout, and a woman with dyslexia, I was never supposed to be here… so I decided I was going to be here.
I’ve built businesses, invested in my career, and I’m proud of the corporate journey that shaped me. I’ve reinvented myself again and again, healed generational trauma, regulated my nervous system, and kept proving that my story and your story matter. I am a representation of us.
And this recognition is not just for me. It’s for every first-gen. Every eldest sibling. Every introvert who’s been told to stay quiet. Every dreamer who’s been told you’re too much or not enough. For the ones who help everyone else and forget to help themselves.
Here’s what I’ve learned: the sidelines aren’t where change is made. You’re not just a spectator — you’re a player. The time you spend watching could be the time you spend creating. The opportunities are here. If you won’t step into them for yourself, then do it for the people who need you.
And let this be a reminder: we are our ancestors’ wildest dreams. Stop trying to impress other people. Impress yourself. That’s the harder work, but it’s the work that matters.
That’s why I’m proud to share that I’ve been named one of the 2025 ALX100 by , celebrating Latino American leaders, risk-takers, disruptors, and advocates shaping the future of Massachusetts today.
Through Creative CEO and Out of Office Media Agency, I’ll keep creating spaces for us to rise, connect, and build legacies.
