BIG NEWS! We're building something special at our new Foundation Kitchen Collab Café, and we're looking for the right person to help us create it.
The FK Collab Café is more than a coffee shop: our goal is to create a welcoming community gathering space that celebrates collaboration, creativity, and connection. As we grow, we hope to become a hub for local artists, makers, entrepreneurs, neighbors, and anyone looking for a great cup of coffee and a place to belong.

We're proud to feature locally sourced food, pastries, and products from Foundation Kitchen members and community partners, and we're looking for someone who is excited about supporting local businesses and helping us bring that vision to life.

We're currently looking for a Barista/Café Team Member to join our opening team.

We're looking for someone who:
• Has previous café and barista experience
• Is comfortable working independently behind the bar
• Provides warm, genuine customer service
• Is adaptable and eager to learn
• Takes initiative and enjoys staying busy
• Wants to be part of building something new

This role includes making espresso drinks, serving customers, stocking, cleaning, light prep work, and helping create a welcoming experience for everyone who walks through our doors.

Weekend availability is required. Morning availability is required, with opening shifts currently beginning around 7:45 AM and likely shifting earlier as the café grows. Shifts may run through approximately 3:30 PM. We are open to both part-time and full-time applicants.

We're a small team with big ideas, and we're looking for someone who is excited to grow alongside us.
