Introducing our new President!

“I’m a senior at Questrom studying Business Analytics with a minor in Hospitality Administration. This past summer, I interned at Tyton Partners, a boutique strategy consulting firm based in Boston working on growth strategy for an educational technology corporation and operational redesign for the largest scholarship fund. I decided to pursue strategy consulting as a career path because of 180 Degrees Consulting and of my team. A fun fact about me is that I used to work for Madison Square Garden & The New York Knicks as a Strategy & Analytics Student Associate.”

Gain real, client-facing experience, help out a local nonprofit, and win $200 while you're at it! 🥳🥳
Consult for a Cause is a social impact consulting competition for Boston's student community, wherein student teams will present their solutions and recommendations to tackle a key issue facing a nonprofit. BU 180 DC will be working alongside the non profit organization to draft up a case that tackles an ongoing industry specific challenge within their firm.

This will be a great opportunity for the BU student community to gain real life exposure to the field of consulting. Students will work in teams to develop high impact recommendations for the problem, consult BU professors and present their final strategy to a panel of judges which will include BU professors, consulting professionals and a representative from the non profit.

We are hosting our second installment of re; CONNECT (our student networking event) and we want you to participate! 

Some of you might be familiar with this event or even participated in our first event held in 2019. The concept is simple. We take a group of ambitious students from various organizations and provide the atmosphere for networking and conversation. Eat, drink, debate, chat, banter. Do your thing. We will take care of the rest. 

The tentative date for our event is Wednesday, November 17 2021 (08:00 pm - 11:00 pm). We hope to see you there!
